With the local F2 critical frequency hovering around 4.5 MHz, this was not a good day for a local contest on 7 MHz. Quite a few EI and GI stations were active during the contest – excluding uniques, 31 EI and GI stations are in the logs. The problem was that we couldn’t hear each other! Once again our overseas friends saved the day – almost 80% of logged QSOs were between an EI/GI station and an overseas station. | |||||
